The main contents and process of the internship are as follows:
What I have involved in this internship is mainly the loan business of corporate banks, and I have a brief understanding of the savings business and credit card business.
1. Loan business
The bank credit department implements the account manager responsibility system, and every link is essential and extremely important, from pre-customer marketing, enterprise field investigation, writing credit report, to signing credit contract, completing various single loans under the line, and finally to post-loan inspection and risk control.
The focus of the account manager's work lies in marketing products, the difficulty lies in maintaining customer relations, and the key lies in improving their own quality. Bank account managers should improve their own quality by practice and study; We should learn from the experience of others with an open mind and sum up the law of success.
this is an era of change. the system and mechanism of banks are changing, and the needs of bank customers are also changing. therefore, the concept, vision and behavior of bank account managers must keep up with the development of the times, and the concept should become more advanced, the vision should become more ambitious and the behavior should become more agile. Learning in change is an eternal truth that account managers should pursue.
2. Savings business
At present, the savings department implements the teller responsibility system, that is, each teller can handle all savings business, that is, opening an account, depositing and withdrawing cash, handling a savings card, etc. Vouchers are no longer passed between accountants like corporate business departments, but each teller handles accounts and keeps accounts separately. However, the documents prepared by each teller must be submitted to the person in charge of the relevant bank for review first, and then passed to the superior bank for "post-audit".
3. Credit card business
Credit cards are divided into credit cards and debit cards according to whether they have the function of consumer credit (overdraft). Credit cards are divided into credit card and quasi-credit card according to whether the cardholder pays the reserve to the issuing bank. Credit card is a credit line granted by the bank to the cardholder, and the cardholder can spend within this line without paying the reserve in advance. The bank will print a list of the customer's consumption this month every month, and the customer can choose to pay in full or in part.
if the latter is selected, the unpaid part will be used as a short-term loan of the bank with compound interest. The quasi-credit card is a kind of credit card that pays a certain reserve and then the bank grants it a certain amount of consumption. There are many kinds of credit cards in xx Bank, such as McDull Card, China Mobile Co-branded Card, Accelerated Points Card, etc. I also developed nearly 3 xx bank credit cards through my own social circle during my internship.
