The trusteeship bureau is generally managed by the Housing Authority. The advantage of custody is that the funds of buyers and sellers can be collected and paid by government departments through bank settlement, without self-delivery, or through intermediaries.
After the house transaction is completed, the buyer gets the title certificate, and the fund custodian instructs the bank to pay the house price together with the interest during the transaction to the seller.
After the house transaction funds are entrusted, if the ownership registration authority agrees to register and issue the house transaction after examination, the buyer and the seller can get the property right certificate or house payment after/0/5 days from the date of registration.
