If the loan has not been actually lent, that is, the bank has not yet lent money, you can ask the account manager who gave you the loan to cancel the loan. If you are a housing loan, the filing form has been filed and cancelled as usual. Unless it is a special reason, you should go to the bank several times to explain your situation to the account manager.

If you sign the contract, the loan will be issued. If you want to cancel the loan, you can repay it in advance and give the bank liquidated damages.
