When you buy a car and pick it up, you should give the vehicle production certificate, invoice, insurance policy, driving license, ID card and household registration book to the bank after you get the license. After the mortgage, the bank will return the driving license and ID card residence booklet. The official invoice will not be given to you until the loan is paid off.
If the mortgage invoice is missing, it can be solved by reissue the motor vehicle sales invoice. Generally speaking, after the vehicle is licensed, the invoice of the vehicle is not particularly useful, but there are some places that need to be used. So after losing it, the other party has to apply for a new one. The whole process is relatively simple.
Specific procedures for issuing additional invoices:
(1) Consumers who have lost their motor vehicle sales invoices shall go to the motor vehicle sales unit to obtain a copy of the unified sales invoice stub (stamped with the special invoice seal or financial seal of the sales unit);
(2) Go to the competent tax authorities where the motor vehicle seller is located to confirm the registration;
(three) the motor vehicle sales unit shall reissue the motor vehicle sales invoice that is consistent with the original sales invoice stub. Consumers shall go through the relevant formalities with the newly-developed motor vehicle sales invoice.
Required documents: motor vehicle registration certificate, driving license and copy of ID card.
