2. If the borrower or spouse has bad records for more than 3 consecutive times (including provident fund loans) or the borrower and spouse have bad records for more than 6 times, and the borrower and spouse have no overdue loans (including commercial housing loans and consumer loans) and credit cards when applying for provident fund loans, they need to provide guarantees. A guarantor may be a natural person (hereinafter referred to as a guarantor) or a guarantee institution.
Borrowers and spouses who have outstanding provident fund loans or overdue loans (including overdue loans from commercial banks and credit cards) may not apply for provident fund loans.
