(3) The borrower and co-borrower can use the balance combination in their individual housing provident fund accounts for repayment (conditions that must be met: if the borrower and co-borrower use the balance of individual housing provident fund accounts for repayment, the balance of individual housing provident fund accounts of the main borrower and co-borrower must be not less than 30,000 yuan respectively).
Two, with the housing provident fund employee personal account balance required elements for repayment:
(1) The borrower holds the original ID card;
(2) The balance of co-borrower housing provident fund account is used for repayment, and if there is co-borrower information in the system, co-borrower holds the original ID card; If there is no co-borrower information in the system, both parties will be present at the same time, holding the original and photocopy of their respective ID cards, the original and photocopy of valid marriage certificate and the original loan contract;
(3) If the borrower's house is owned by his spouse after divorce, the spouse shall provide the original and photocopy of the property division agreement or court judgment, and hold the original and photocopy of his ID card, the original loan contract and the original and photocopy of the divorce certificate.
Precautions:
1) The borrower of Changchun housing provident fund loan shall confirm the handling institution in advance before handling it.
2) Examination and approval time for prepayment of provident fund loans: 9:00 am to11:30 on working days; The prepayment business will not be handled on the monthly deduction date and the first working day after the deduction date.
