Real estate appraisal shall entrust a qualified appraisal institution to conclude an entrustment contract, and the appraisal institution shall designate two appraisers to conduct the appraisal.

Legal basis:

According to Article 2 of the Asset Appraisal Law, the term "asset appraisal" as mentioned in this Law refers to the professional service behavior of appraisal institutions and their appraisal professionals who are entrusted to appraise real estate, movable property, intangible assets, enterprise value, asset loss or other economic rights and interests and issue appraisal reports.

Article 3 of the Asset Appraisal Law stipulates that if a natural person, legal person or other organization needs to determine the value of the appraisal object, it may voluntarily entrust an appraisal institution to conduct the appraisal.

Matters involving state-owned assets or public interests that need to be assessed in accordance with laws and administrative regulations (hereinafter referred to as statutory assessment) shall be assessed by an assessment agency according to law.

Article 23 of the Asset Appraisal Law stipulates that the client shall conclude an entrustment contract with the appraisal institution to stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties.

The client shall pay the fees to the evaluation agency in accordance with the contract, and shall not ask for or collect kickbacks in disguise.

The client shall be responsible for the authenticity, completeness and legality of the ownership certificate, financial accounting data and other materials provided by him.

Article 24 of the Asset Appraisal Law stipulates that an appraisal institution shall designate at least two appraisal professionals to undertake the accepted appraisal business.

The client has the right to ask the appraisal professionals who have an interest in the relevant parties and the appraisal object to withdraw.
