If the loan extension is agreed by the guarantor, it shall be regarded as a change of the mortgage contract, and the mortgage period shall be determined according to the extension contract. If the loan extension is not agreed by the guarantor, the loan extension is invalid for the guarantor. The guarantor only undertakes the guarantee responsibility of the original loan, and requires the guarantor to bear the responsibility within the term of the original mortgage guarantee contract.
