When handling the entrusted notarization of real estate, the client must personally bring the "Power of Attorney for Real Estate" to the notary office to apply, fill out the "Application Form for Entrusted Notarization of Real Estate", and provide the following materials to the notary office:
1. If the client is an individual, provide personal identification documents; If the client is a legal person organization, it shall provide legal person qualification certificate, legal representative certificate and legal representative's personal identity certificate;
2. (real estate license), loan contract or real estate sales contract;
3. The client shall also provide the identity certificate (original or photocopy) or legal person qualification certificate (original or photocopy) of the trustee.
