But the Heilongjiang government cannot wait for this place to become corrupt, otherwise they will not be able to explain to their superiors, so the Management Committee emerged.

The Management Committee was originally a government department and should have performed government functions, but later it took over its own business. So the management committee gathered a group of local wealthy people, and everyone funded the construction.

In the few years since its establishment, what has been built? Road construction, night lighting, summer water park, mountain bike park, amusement park, panda pavilion, hotel, and hot springs. Building folk resorts and building three-mountain networked ski trails... completely embodies the essence of China's infrastructure madness.

In four years, I have personally experienced that the entire scenic spot has changed significantly, which is greater than the changes in the previous ten years combined.

The most amazing thing is that no big companies are willing to invest in this infrastructure money, and the government will not allocate it. But how did it come from?

The government wanted to build an overall brand for Yabuli, but felt that this was not possible.
