It is impossible to apply for a loan only with my ID card. At the same time, when citizens use resident ID cards to prove their identity, all relevant departments have the obligation to check the consistency of the person's ID card. Therefore, the bank will also verify the identity card information, and then handle the relevant business for the holder after confirmation.

Procedures for completing the account:

1. Report the loss and submit the request:

(1) After the household registration book is lost or stolen, the householder shall promptly report to the police station and request a replacement in writing;

(two) if the head of the household is unable to go to the police station for other reasons, he shall issue a written entrustment request and sign it, and the entrusted person shall be an adult of the household;

(3) If it is really possible to entrust other people in the house, the neighborhood committee and the family committee will issue relevant confirmations after the investigation by the police, and ask for a replacement.

2. The police confirmed that:

(1) With the stub, go to the local police station to sign the confirmation of not settling down;

(2) With the number on the stub, find a local newspaper to publish a loss statement;

(3) With the stub, proof of non-settlement, copy of newspaper, diploma and ID card, go to the local police station to apply for a new account transfer certificate.

To sum up, you can't get a loan if you lose your ID card. If you use someone else's ID card to borrow money, it is loan fraud, which will constitute a crime.

(four) using other people's accounts;
