Provident fund off-site loan process:
When employees pay in the place of employment (deposit place) and buy their own houses in the place of residence (loan place), when they go to the framed provident fund management center to accept the examination and approval of housing provident fund loans in different places with the proof of provident fund deposit, the deposit provident fund management center will issue relevant information such as the deposit and loan certificate of local housing provident fund for employees and their spouses.
Prepare information:
1. Application Form (with official seal of the company)
2, the applicant's family and social relations questionnaire
3, the original copy of the purchase contract for the record.
4 copies and originals of the ID cards of both spouses of the applicant.
