Chapter 4 Enrollment Plan

Article 14 The school scientifically and reasonably formulates the annual undergraduate program based on the needs of national economic construction and social development, school development scale, school running conditions, discipline development and other factors. According to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education, our school’s reserved undergraduate enrollment plan is 1% of the total enrollment plan, which is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of students’ sources of students in the local area and online.

Article 16 The school’s enrollment source plan registered with the Ministry of Education will be promptly announced to candidates and the public through the provincial (autonomous regions, municipalities) enrollment and examination agencies within the specified time.

Chapter 5 Admissions

Article 17 The school will not admit candidates who do not volunteer.

The ratio of candidates’ files to be reviewed: In provinces that implement parallel volunteering, the ratio is generally controlled within 1:1.05. Provinces with good student sources can expand the ratio appropriately. If candidates obey the adjustment and their physical conditions meet the professional admission requirements, they will not be refunded. For provinces that have not implemented parallel volunteering, the general principle is that the transfer ratio is within 1:1.2; the specific situation is determined by the admissions examination agencies of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) before the transfer based on the student source situation and the school. Due to physical and gender restrictions for public security majors approved in advance, the adjustment ratio is controlled within 1:1.5.

Article 18: Public security majors (including investigative science and economic crime investigation) are admitted in advance batches to undergraduates, and the first batch admission control score for ordinary undergraduates or the undergraduate first-level score are implemented. In principle, the specific admission batches shall be subject to the announcement by the admissions examination agencies of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government).

Article 19 Our school implements the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for General College Admissions" (Teaching [2003] No. 3) formulated by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and China Disabled Persons' Federation. In order to further promote student employment, with reference to industry employment standards, candidates majoring in public security majors who are admitted in advance batches for undergraduates should also meet the following requirements:

Article 21 The school implements the policy of increasing and decreasing points stipulated by the state and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Article 22: The English major only recruits English language candidates, and other majors do not limit foreign language candidates.

The law major of Sino-foreign cooperative education adopts the "3+1" training model. Southwest University of Political Science and Law and Coventry University in the UK jointly develop a talent training plan. Article 23 There are no distinctions or restrictions between past students and fresh graduates in all majors of the school. If candidates pass the ideological, political and moral assessment and physical health examination, the school will give priority to the candidates according to the principle of score priority and no major differences, and comprehensively consider the candidates' admission scores and the order of their major aspirations, and select the best for admission. Candidates with the same submitted scores during admission will be sorted according to the same score rules of the provincial examination bureau. If the examination bureau does not stipulate the same score rules, the provinces in the new college entrance examination reform will compare the candidates' total scores in Chinese and mathematics, single subject scores in Chinese or mathematics, and Foreign language single subject scores, first-choice subject scores, re-selected subject single subject scores, and re-selected subject single subject scores are ranked from high to low; other provinces compare candidates' Chinese, foreign language, mathematics, and comprehensive scores in sequence.

Article 24 For provinces with special provisions for college entrance examination admissions, in addition to the above provisions, the admission principles are explained as follows:

Article 26 For the convenience of management, candidates admitted to the law major will be randomly assigned to six schools: Civil and Commercial Law School, Economic Law School, Law School, Administrative Law School, International Law School, and Artificial Intelligence Law School. Article 27 The "Law +" dual bachelor's degree compound talent training project majors in law. Article 28 The "Law + French" joint bachelor's degree program approved by the Chongqing Academic Degrees Committee (Yu Degree Letter [2021] No. 4) is a joint undergraduate degree jointly organized by our school and Sichuan International Studies University For this project, the school where students are studying is Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Chapter 6 Charging Standards and Others
