It is the first house purchased in Shanghai, and it can provide personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance (urban social insurance) payment certificate accumulated in this city for more than 2 years in the first 3 years from the date of purchase. You can buy a house, but you have to pay property tax. (Note: It is cumulative, not continuous. )
3. Owning 1 set or above, or unable to provide personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance (urban social insurance) payment certificate accumulated for more than 2 years in this city in the first 3 years from the date of purchase. Can't buy it.
