The restricted purchase areas of newly purchased commercial housing include: New City, beilin district, Lianhu District, Yanta District, weiyang district, Baqiao District, Chang 'an District Administrative District, High-tech Zone, Economic Development Zone, Qujiang New District, Chanba Ecological Zone, Aerospace Base, International Port Area, Fengdong New City and other development zones. Xixian New Area refers to the implementation.

Xi 'an has only Gaoling District, Huyi District, zhouzhi county and Lantian County, and Xixian New Area has Fengxi New Town, Qin and Han New Town, Airport New Town and Jinghe New Town. Fengdong New Town has been included in the scope of purchase restriction since the "Notice of June 28th", but in actual implementation, there is a vague boundary for Fengdong New Town to implement the purchase restriction policy. However, judging from the trend of housing qualification examination, the fuzzy boundary of Fengdong New Town will no longer exist.

Xi' an household registration

"Xi 'an household registration" includes not only Xi 'an urban household registration, but also Xi 'an suburban household registration, Xi 'an collective household registration, Xixian New Area household registration and soldiers from Shaanxi. In the explanation of the "6 28 Notice" of the Housing Management Bureau of Xi City, it is clear that the following circumstances are regarded as the implementation of the relevant housing purchase policy for households with household registration in Xi City:

1, family with collective household registration in this city or household registration in Xixian New Area;

2. If the household registration is moved out because of going to school, relevant documents of the original household registration in our city can be provided;

3. Servicemen stationed in Shaanxi can provide certificates issued by units at or above the regimental level;

4. The household registration before enlistment belongs to the active servicemen in our province and can provide the original household registration certificate;

5. Servicemen who meet the conditions for the placement of retired soldiers in our city can provide proof materials for the placement of retired soldiers in our city.

Xi 'an collective account also belongs to Xi 'an account. In other words, college students currently studying in Xi 'an can also buy a house in Xi 'an if their registered permanent residence is transferred to a school. Similarly, college graduates from other regions are employed in Xi 'an. If the unit has a collective account, it will fall into the unit collective account, and you can also buy a house in Xi' an.

Sales restriction regulations

Within the "4 18 notice" restricted purchase area, the purchased commercial housing and second-hand housing must be listed and traded (transferred or donated) after obtaining the immovable property certificate for two years.

The "June 28 Notice" made supplementary provisions on the re-transaction of newly purchased commercial housing. /kloc-Before April 0/8, Xi 'an's newly purchased commercial housing could not be listed and traded for five years from the date of online signing.
