Requirements of provident fund loans for provident fund:

Individual urban workers and their units must continue to pay housing provident fund for one year;

When the borrower purchases a commercial house, it must have self-raised funds of not less than 30% of the total house price as the down payment;

The borrower has stable economic income, good credit and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan;

If both husband and wife normally pay the housing provident fund in full, only one party is allowed to apply for a housing provident fund loan;

A family can only apply for a housing provident fund loan to buy a house at the same time;

The lender must have a permanent residence or valid residence status in the town of this province (city);

Agree to use the purchased house as collateral.

Materials required:

Valid identity documents and household registration book of the borrower and spouse (if any) (the second-generation identity card needs to be copied on the back page, and the household registration book should be copied on the title page, the first page of the household registration book and the pages of the borrower and spouse);

Marriage certificate: if unmarried, the marriage registration office at the place where the household registration is located will issue a single certificate; Divorce certificate and non-remarriage certificate (divorce certificate, court judgment or ruling, and non-remarriage certificate issued by the marriage registration authority where the household registration is located); Married people provide marriage certificates;

The original purchase contract signed by the borrower and the selling unit;

The borrower and his/her spouse (married) fill in the loan application form, the housing accumulation fund deposit certificate issued by the unit, the salary income certificate of the last year, and the borrower's bank card;

The down payment receipt delivered by the borrower to the selling unit in advance shall not be less than the amount stipulated in the agreement.
