Conditions to be met for remote acceptance of loan extension

1. Students who have applied for the electronic contract of student-origin student loan before 20 19 (inclusive) can apply for it in different places.

2. Remote loan renewal must be operated by the borrowing student himself and cannot be entrusted to co-borrower or others.

3. The key information of students who renew their loans remotely shall not be changed. Students are not allowed to change key information such as ID card information and schooling information. If you need to change the above key information, you need to bring relevant written proof materials to the county-level funding center for on-site handling. Students can select an existing co-borrower in the system, but are not allowed to add co-borrower. If you need to add a new co-borrower, you need to go to the county-level funding center for on-site processing.

1, the content of the renewal statement is not mandatory. Borrowing students can briefly describe their personal study and life, their understanding of national student loans and their personal integrity, with a length of 100 to 200 words. The loan extension statement is saved by the system and displayed in the Application Form for Student Credit Loan of China Development Bank (see annex).

2. When examining the student's application and contract, the county-level funding center finds that the student's renewal statement is improper, and can return the student's application on the grounds that the renewal statement is unqualified, and the student can resubmit it after revision.

4. Select the processing mode. After submitting the application information, the system will prompt students to choose "online signing" or "signing at the county aid center on site". If students choose "signing the contract at the county-level financial aid center", the system will generate an electronic application form for students to download and print, and send relevant information to the county-level financial aid center. Students need to hold an application form to sign a loan renewal contract at the county-level funding center.

Students who choose to sign online need to agree to the Agreement on Remote Acceptance of Student Loan Extension of China Development Bank, and agree to sign the student loan contract by electronic signature, so as to clarify the legal responsibilities of both parties.
