The remission of college students' enrollment tuition fees refers to the one-time compensation for college students who have been enlisted for compulsory military service and recruited as noncommissioned officers, or the compensation for tuition fees paid during their school days or the national student loans obtained when they joined the army; Students enrolled in institutions of higher learning before enlisting for compulsory military service (including freshmen admitted according to the national enrollment regulations), who retain their school status or admission qualifications according to the relevant provisions of the state during their service, and voluntarily return to school or admission after retirement, the state implements tuition fee reduction and exemption. Therefore, the loan for students to join the army is not reimbursed.
