2. Material preparation: 1. 3. On-site handling: the borrower or the borrower who has handled the student loan in previous years will bring his original ID card, application form and previous loan contract to the loan site of the county-level student financial assistance management center.

4. Signing: After being approved by the county-level student financial assistance management center, sign a loan contract (in quadruplicate).
