12000 will take 4 months at the earliest. Take 3000 every month. Then the month can be written, from February to May, the monthly withdrawal amount is 3000.

If your monthly rent is 2000, and the balance of the provident fund is 12000, then you can complete the withdrawal of 2000.6 months at most every month.

The month is from February to July, and the monthly withdrawal amount is 2000 yuan.

Application conditions:

The applicant has continuously paid the housing accumulation fund in this city for 3 months;

The applicant and his spouse currently have no self-owned housing and rental housing in this city;

At present, the applicant has no housing provident fund loan, no housing provident fund return housing loan entrustment and other agreed entrustment;

Applicants and their spouses can only withdraw housing provident fund to pay housing rent;

The applicant's lease behavior shall comply with the relevant provisions of Duan Tao housing lease;

If two or more individuals who have no spouse relationship jointly participate in the lease, only the applicant and his spouse are allowed to withdraw the housing provident fund to pay the housing rental fee at the same time.

Article 7 Under any of the following circumstances, employees may apply for withdrawing the storage balance in the housing provident fund account:

The ownership of the purchase of owner-occupied housing;

(two) the construction, renovation, overhaul of the city's ownership of self-occupied housing;

(three) to repay the principal and interest of the city's self-occupied housing loans;

(four) there is no room in this city and the housing in this city is rented for self-occupation according to law;

(five) the families of low-income workers with financial difficulties pay the property service fee for self-occupied housing in this city;

(six) housing consumption expenditure such as rent, property service fee and after-sale public housing property maintenance fee that is difficult to pay for family life;

(7) Retirement;

(eight) most or all of them lose their ability to work and terminate their labor relations with the unit;

(9) Having left the country to settle down;

(10) Dead or declared dead (applied by the employee's legal heir or legatee);

(eleven) other circumstances stipulated by the state and this Municipality.

Eleventh employees who apply for the withdrawal of housing provident fund shall provide identification materials in accordance with the following requirements:

(1) If the employee withdraws the housing provident fund, he/she shall provide proof of identity;

(two) if the employee's spouse participates in the extraction at the same time, provide proof of spouse's identity and proof of marriage relationship with the employee;

(3) If the trustee is the spouse or lineal blood relative of the principal, provide the identity certificates of the principal and the trustee, the relationship certificate between the principal and the trustee and the power of attorney issued by the principal; If the trustee is not the spouse or immediate family member of the principal, the identity certificates of the principal and the trustee and the power of attorney notarized by the notary office shall be provided.
