Generally speaking, there are the following payment methods in the contract:
First, one-time payment. This payment method is simple and clear, with few external factors and relatively simple procedures. For example, in the sale of commercial housing, if the buyer is scheduled to fulfill the payment obligation at the agreed time and the developer delivers the house to the buyer, the contract is completed. This method is suitable for property buyers with better economic ability, and is also the hope of development enterprises.
Second, installment payment. It is mostly used in some product transactions with long production cycle and high cost. Such as complete sets of equipment, large vehicles, heavy machinery and equipment.
Third, other ways. In the actual sales work, it mainly includes bank mortgage loans and housing provident fund loans.
Fourth, special payment methods, mainly including the use of other debt offset, barter exchange XX and so on.
