How long does the certificate of deposit for studying in the UK need to be kept?

For all bank deposit certificates, there are two time standards, one before the other, and neither of them can be violated:

1) Before issuing the certificate, there must be enough funds in the account for more than 28 consecutive days, that is to say, whether it is time deposit or demand deposit, the total amount of deposits on any day within 28 days cannot be less than the above-mentioned amount.

2) The time between the issuance date and the delivery date of the certificate of deposit shall not exceed 365,438+0 days.

On the basis of the above two basic principles, Home Office has a more detailed regulation that some students who ignore it have been refused visas: the date of submitting the application (the online application form is subject to domestic application, and the date of sending the materials in the UK) must be after the date of issuance of the bank certificate, even if it is the same day.

For example, if you issue a bank deposit certificate on June 30th, the date of submitting your visa application must be any day between July 1 day and July 3 1 day. For the small partners who apply in China, because there are some days between submitting the online application form and submitting the materials to the visa center, the students who are lucky enough to issue the deposit certificate between the two have been refused visas.

Loan certificate, which needs to include the student's personal information, the name and logo of the loan provider, the total amount of the loan, the available time of the loan, the date of issuance of the certificate, etc.

Financial aid certificates such as scholarships and grants need to include the personal information of the students, the information and contact information of the aid providers, the available time of the amount, the purpose of the aid, and the date of issuance of the certificates. (Note: If the scholarship is provided directly by the school, this information can be indicated in the CAS document, so there is no need to provide additional supporting documents).

Proof of payment, including:

The tuition fees paid (including the deposit) will generally be indicated in the CAS documents provided by the school. If not specified, the payment receipt can be used as proof;

Paid living expenses, such as prepaid dormitory rent, need to provide receipts as proof.

Birth certificate, adoption certificate or guardian's court judgment, which needs to include the student's personal information and (adoptive parents or guardians' information;

Chinese-English translation

For all supporting documents, if the original documents are in English or both English and Chinese, there is no need to provide additional translated documents, only the official seal of the issuer is required.

If the original document is a non-English document, it should be accompanied by the corresponding English translation, which should be signed by a third party with translation qualification, and provide information that can prove translation qualification (such as translation qualification certificate code, etc.). It should be noted that even if students are qualified for translation, they can't prove it themselves, and translation and confirmation must be carried out by a third party.
