If you don't have any conditions, you can't do it. If you don't know about bank credit, you can find a reliable credit intermediary.

Personally, I suggest not to apply for small loans and online loans from non-bank institutions. High interest rate and short repayment period will lead to huge repayment pressure, which is more troublesome than bank credit processing flow.
