Welcome to study at Taiyuan Normal University!

In order to facilitate smooth admission, the relevant matters regarding the registration of new students are now notified as follows:

1. New student registration

New students must present the "Taiyuan Normal University Master's Degree Admission Notice" and residents The ID card must be reported within the school's prescribed time. Fresh graduates must also bring their academic certificates and copies for verification on the day of registration. If you are unable to register on time for special reasons, you must explain the reasons to the Graduate School of our school in advance. If you fail to register for two weeks without any reason, your admission qualification will be cancelled.

2. Transfer of personnel relations and party (league) relations

1. New graduate students must transfer their personnel relations (personnel files) and party (league) relations to Taiyuan Normal University when enrolling. For graduate students in the non-directed category, their personnel files must be transferred to our school before September 30; for graduate students in the targeted category, their personnel files will not be transferred, but they must sign a targeted training agreement. Personnel files can be submitted by bringing them by yourself or by mail. 2. Handling the relationship with the party organization

For candidates from other provinces: issued by the original grassroots party organization Paper version of the letter of introduction to party member organizations. Party member organization relationship introduction letter should be addressed to: Committee of Taiyuan Normal University of China ***, destination: XX Branch of XX College (Department) of Taiyuan Normal University (the name of the target party organization is attached).

Candidates in this province: There is no need to issue a paper letter of introduction. The transfer of party organization relationships will be reviewed and approved online throughout the entire process. The original grassroots party organization will conduct the electronic transfer in the national party member information system. Please see the attached table for details of the name of the target party organization.

3. Handling of group organization relationships

The original grassroots group organization will issue a paper version of the member organization relationship introduction letter, and at the same time handle the online transfer in smart team building. Letter of introduction to the league member organization should be addressed to: *** Youth League Taiyuan Normal University Committee, destination: *** Youth League Taiyuan Normal University Committee XX College (Department) 2022 Graduate League Branch (the name of the target league organization is attached).

3. Household Registration Transfer

1. Household registration transfer is carried out on a voluntary basis, and the household registration transfer certificate (for the individual only) must be stamped with the official seal of the public security agency.

2. The household registration transfer certificate (or household registration card) and the personal ID card information must be consistent with the name and other contents on the "Taiyuan Normal University Master's Degree Admission Notice", and cannot have homophones or variant characters. Otherwise, the settlement procedures cannot be completed.

4. Postgraduate tuition fees and loans

Postgraduate tuition fees are paid annually, and the standard is 8,000 yuan/student/year. The accommodation fee is 1,200 yuan/student/year. The dormitory provides beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, etc. You can bring your own bedding or purchase it after arriving at campus.

If your family has financial difficulties, you can apply for a student loan in the place where the student comes from.

5. Bus route

Take No. 903 and No. 903 branch buses directly to the east gate of Taiyuan Normal University

1. The personnel file transfer letter is issued together with the admission notice. You can use the admission notice and the personnel file transfer letter to handle the account transfer and file transfer procedures. 2. For those admitted to non-directed graduate students, their personnel files must be transferred to our school before September 30. Those who fail to transfer after the deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications to apply for graduate student assistantships.

3. Candidates who intend to be admitted should log in to the Yanzhao.com adjustment service system to check the candidates whose status is "You have accepted the admission notice". At present, our school's 2022 master's degree enrollment re-examination has not yet ended. Candidates who have accepted the admission notice are currently in the status of being admitted. If there are problems such as failure to pass the review during the subsequent review process, our school will return their personnel files to the original unit.

4. Our school’s personnel file transfer letter and admission notice are expected to be issued together in June. All candidates to be admitted must scan the Tencent Cloud Document QR code and fill in the "Taiyuan "Statistical Table of Mailing Addresses for Admission Notices for Candidates Proposed to be Admitted to Normal College in 2022". Our school will mail admission notices and transfer letters via EMS to candidates who fill out the statistical table as required. Please check carefully.
