2. Have full capacity for civil conduct (minors applying for national student loans must obtain the written consent of their legal guardians);
3, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, no illegal behavior;
4. Being able to complete their studies normally;
5. The funds raised due to family financial difficulties are not enough to pay for their basic study and living expenses (including tuition, accommodation and basic living expenses) during their school study.
Two. Materials to be submitted when applying for state funding:
1, national student loan application;
2. Copy of student ID card, ID card/household registration book (minors must provide valid identity certificate of legal guardian and written statement agreeing to apply for loan);
3, the township or street civil affairs departments to verify and confirm the "higher school students and family situation questionnaire".
Legal basis:
Article 6 The application conditions for the Measures for the Administration of Subsidies for Students with Difficulties are as follows:
(a) students who have financial difficulties due to the following reasons and seriously affect their normal study and life may apply for temporary difficulties subsidies:
1. The family economy is particularly difficult and it is difficult to guarantee normal study and life;
2 suffering from serious illness, accidental disability and other family economic difficulties;
3. The immediate family members suffer from serious illness, accidental disability, death and other family economic difficulties;
4. Family financial difficulties caused by serious natural disasters;
5. Other special reasons lead to family financial difficulties.
(two) the school gives special subsidies to students who meet the following conditions:
1. Full-time undergraduate freshmen with special financial difficulties, including orphans and disabled students, students from poverty-stricken families with established files, students from families with minimum living security, students with poor support, children of martyrs, children of families with special care, children of disabled people with financial difficulties, and students whose families have suffered from serious natural disasters or other emergencies, will be given living allowances by the school.
2. The Mid-Autumn Festival, Spring Festival and other special traditional cultural festivals in China, the school gives students subsidies and solatium.
(3) Students under any of the following circumstances may not apply for hardship subsidies:
1. Being punished for violating national laws and regulations;
2. During the school disciplinary period;
3. Studying in school for more than the prescribed length of study (excluding the time of suspension and retention of admission qualifications);
4. Living in luxury, smoking or drinking, beyond the ordinary consumption level;
5. There is dishonest behavior in the process of applying for subsidies;
6. Others are not suitable for difficult subsidies.
