Before handling the credit business for the first time, the borrower shall apply to the branch of the People's Bank of China (Jinan is located in the business management department of Jinan Branch of the People's Bank of China) where it is registered. The applicant submits a written application in accordance with the format text of the loan card application formulated by the People's Bank of China, and submits the following materials: (1) a copy of the valid business license, a copy of the legal person certificate of the institution or other registration certificates, and presents the original; (2) A valid copy of the organization code certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC) and present the original; (3) A copy of the valid tax registration certificate and show the original (except for units that do not need to apply for a tax registration certificate according to law); (4) A copy of the identity documents of the legal representative, general manager or person in charge and financial officer of the unit; (5) A copy of the ID card of the agent and show the original; (6) Other materials as stipulated by the People's Bank of China. If the applicant is an enterprise legal person, in addition to the above-mentioned materials, it should also submit: (1) a copy of the proof of the source of registered funds and show the original; (2) A copy of the identity certificate of the main investor or a copy of the organization code certificate of People's Republic of China (PRC); (3) the balance sheet, profit and profit distribution table of the previous year and last month when the enterprise as a legal person applied for the loan card. If the applicant is a legal person, in addition to the materials listed in the first paragraph, it shall also provide a statement of the financial income and expenditure of the previous year when the legal person of the institution applies for a loan card.
