The Interim Measures for the Administration of Small Loan Companies in Sichuan Province consists of six chapters and thirty-five articles, including general provisions, establishment of small loan companies, compliance management of small loan companies, supervision and management of small loan companies, termination of small loan companies and supplementary provisions, which shall come into force as of the date of issuance.
