Second-hand housing purchase and settlement process:
1. The buyer, the seller and the real estate agent sign a house purchase contract.
2. Find a qualified appraisal company for appraisal (it will take about 3 days).
3. Submit all materials to the local housing management office for review (about 3~7 days).
4. Pay deed tax at the Finance Bureau and business tax, personal income tax and land value-added tax at the Local Taxation Bureau.
5. Get the real estate transaction certificate and real estate license with tax stamps and other materials, and go to registered permanent residence, the public security department (the original owner's account will be kept for a period of time after the second-hand house is sold until the receiving place is found).
Matters needing attention in handling house purchase settlement (house purchase)
