(1) Chikan Sub-bureau, Xiashan Sub-bureau, Potou Sub-bureau, Mazhang Sub-bureau and Overseas Chinese Management Sub-bureau of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources are all agencies dispatched by the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, and their main responsibilities are: to implement national, provincial and municipal laws, regulations, principles and policies on land, surveying and mapping and mineral resources management; Responsible for the audit and reporting of land requisition, allocation and transfer within the jurisdiction; Responsible for the preliminary examination of the pre-examination of construction land within its jurisdiction; Responsible for land status survey, dynamic monitoring, cadastral ownership survey, change survey, basic farmland protection and land statistics in this area; Responsible for assisting in mediation of land ownership disputes in this area; Responsible for the collection and management of mineral resources exploration, certification and registration of mining sites, mineral resources compensation fees and deposit for natural ecological restoration of mines according to law; Assist the Municipal Bureau to investigate and deal with cases of illegal land use and illegal exploration and exploitation in the mainland under its jurisdiction; Responsible for the dynamic inspection of land and resources in this area; To be responsible for the prevention, inspection, early warning and forecast of geological disasters in this area; Responsible for the management of geological exploration in this area. The establishment of Chikan Branch, Xiashan Branch, Mazhang Branch, Potou Branch and Overseas Chinese Management District Branch of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources was approved as 5, 8, 7, 1 1 and 6 respectively. Except for Potou Branch, which is equipped with two logistics service personnel, other branches are equipped with 1 respectively. Among them, Xiashan Sub-branch, Potou Sub-branch 1 sub-branch president and 2 deputy presidents; Chikan Sub-bureau, Mazhang Sub-bureau and Overseas Chinese Management District Sub-bureau each have 1 director and 1 deputy director.
(2) Urban Land and Resources Institute of Chikan Branch of Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and Urban Land and Resources Institute of Xiashan Branch; Potou Branch City Land, Potou Land, Leading Land, Gan Tang Land, Nansan Land and Guandu Land; Mazhang Land Office of Mazhang Branch, Taiping Land Office and Huguang Land Office are the agencies of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, all of which are shares. Entrusted by the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, the management of each district branch office is implemented, with the dual leadership of the branch office and the town government and the management system of each district branch office of the Bureau of Land and Resources as the mainstay. Its main duties are: to undertake administrative law enforcement tasks such as land, minerals, surveying and mapping, stop and correct illegal acts in time and report them; Assist the competent department of land and resources at a higher level to carry out administrative law enforcement. Implement the basic farmland protection regulations, delimit farmland protection areas, and effectively protect cultivated land; To undertake the examination and approval of township construction land and farmers' residential land; Supervise and inspect the implementation of the land development and utilization plan within the jurisdiction, and stop the indiscriminate occupation of land; To undertake other matters stipulated by laws and regulations and assigned by superiors. Approved Chikan Branch and Potou Branch have four special administrative law enforcement rooms, and Xiashan Branch, Potou Branch, Leading Land Office, Gan Tang Land Office, Nansan Land Office, Guandu Land Office, Mazhang Land Office, Taiping Land Office and Huguang Land Office have three special administrative law enforcement rooms.
