The monthly salary of the housing rent subsidy staff shall be calculated according to the ratio of 13% of the sum of the salary payable in the previous year (excluding the housing rent subsidy and supplementary salary in the current month) and the monthly average amount of the year-end one-time bonus (13 salary divided by 12).
