Legal analysis: parents don't have a work unit. Generally, there are three situations: first, if parents retire, fill in the unit where parents worked before retirement and indicate that they have retired. The second is the rural population, so fill in agriculture. Third, the urban population, then fill in the unemployed.

Article 7 The appointment of civil servants must have both ability and political integrity, put morality first, adhere to all corners of the country, appoint people on merit, put career first, be fair and upright, highlight political standards and pay attention to work performance.

Thirteenth civil servants should meet the following conditions:

(1) Having China nationality;

(two) at least eighteen years of age;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;

(seven) other conditions prescribed by law.
