1. The official seals of state-owned enterprises and state-owned joint-stock enterprises (including company seals and department seals) are all circular, with a diameter of 4.2cm, a five-pointed star published by the central government, a star tip with a diameter of 1.4cm and a width of 0. 12cm. 2. The seal specifications of the departments and individual and private enterprises under collective ownership are circular, with a diameter of 3.8cm and a width of 0. 1cm. The five-pointed star is printed in the center, and the name of the enterprise approved in the business license is printed on the seal, circulating from left to right, and the printed words are all in simplified Song typeface.
Special business seals are all circular, with a blank center, a diameter of 4.0cm, and a width of 0. 1cm. The upper arc is the unit name, and it circulates from left to right. The contents of the special seal are placed horizontally at the bottom of the seal, and simplified Song typefaces are used for printing.

Measures for the administration of public security of seals
Article 12 The specifications, patterns, seals and materials of seals shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Where regional ethnic autonomy is practiced, Chinese characters and corresponding ethnic languages can be published in parallel with engraved seals.
The seal shall not be published in a foreign language alone, but both Chinese and foreign languages can be published because of work needs.
In addition to holding the certificates and documents specified in Article 8 of these Measures, units that need to engrave seals in both Chinese and foreign languages should also submit a written application and go through the quasi-engraving procedures with the public security organs of the people's governments at or above the prefecture level.
Article 3 The term "seal" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the official seal and the personal seal with legal effect.
The official seal as mentioned in these Measures refers to the legal names of state power, party and government organs, judicial organs, participating in political proceedings, armed forces, armed police, democratic parties, trade unions, youth league, women's federations and other organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, civil organizations registered by civil affairs departments, neighborhood committees, deliberation and coordination institutions and non-permanent institutions, and special seals for contracts, finance, taxation, invoices and other businesses with legal names.
The term "personal seal with legal effect" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the seal of the legal representative of state power, party and government, judiciary, participating in political proceedings, army, armed police, democratic parties, trade unions, * * * Youth League, women's federations and other organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, civil organizations registered by civil affairs departments, neighborhood committees, deliberation and coordination institutions and non-permanent institutions and the person in charge of their financial departments.
Article 7 If organizations and institutions at all levels of state power, party and government, judiciary, political participation, military, armed police, democratic parties, youth league, trade unions, women's federations and other organs and organizations need to engrave seals, the seal management department of the issuing organ shall issue an official letter to the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level for filing procedures.
The public security organ of the people's government at or above the county level shall immediately handle and issue a certificate of accurate engraving.
