Because taxation is so strange to us, before we set off, we were always worried that it would cause trouble to the staff and be rejected. However, when we arrived here, we almost immediately eliminated this unnecessary worry. The brothers and sisters here and the two directors are so amiable. The high-tech zone tax bureau holds a meeting at 8: 10 every morning, and we also participate in it. At the beginning of the meeting, the director first explained the purpose of this activity and our participation in the experience to the brothers and sisters of the tax bureau and let us divide it.

Don't introduce yourself briefly. After the introduction, the director arranged a person in charge for each of us. In a small office, more than a dozen people are sitting together, and the meeting atmosphere is serious and lively. At the meeting, the director raised the problems at work the day before, and everyone carefully recorded them. Although we didn't quite understand, we were seriously infected by our brothers and sisters and kept taking notes. The meeting was very short, only half an hour before and after. First experience in the workplace

We are divided into two groups, two people are in charge of pre-acceptance positions, while the other person is in charge of online self-service taxation. The person on duty in the pre-acceptance area on that day was a beautiful young lady. She first took us to the front desk, and then briefly introduced the purpose and function of the pre-acceptance area for us, namely, to avoid taxpayers wasting time and energy because they didn't understand the tax procedures and articles of association, so as to provide taxpayers with advice and guidance, and to check their carrying procedures, official seals and certificates, so as to ensure the improvement of tax efficiency and reduce the taxpayer's physical and mental burden. She also said that because this position is just established, many taxpayers don't quite understand or easily ignore the importance of consultation and queue up directly. What we have to do is to pay attention to the movements of each taxpayer and provide them with advice or guidance in time. It is not difficult to see that this work is very important and challenging, because it not only requires staff to have strong comprehensive business handling ability to deal with a variety of tax problems, but also needs strong psychological quality to deal with the noisy and busy environment, to face the doubts of individual taxpayers, and to explain the heavy business and answer the hotline. Sure enough, judging from the calling situation in the business acceptance area, the number of people who came to pay taxes reached about 180 on the morning of the 6th, and this data was obtained in the case of heavy rain that day. The hotline at the front desk was never broken, and the whole hall was full of people, and all the people were busy as a bee. Looking at this "grand occasion", we can't help but admire the ability and patience of these young people. Of course, we have a new and more objective view on the matter that some people have said that "people in state-owned enterprises have bad attitudes". As novices, we are completely at a loss about professional business problems, and can only be responsible for asking taxpayers about the business they want to handle and taking the number. The rest can only watch my sister work hard but can't help. Looking at our slightly disappointed faces, my sister, who was so relaxed, said with a smile, "It doesn't matter, your major really has nothing to do with taxation.
