1. The scope of application (as long as it meets one of them)

(1) Enterprises and institutions (including enterprises managed by enterprises, excluding enterprises in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, excluding golf and real estate enterprises) with their registration places and tax registration places in Nanshan District.

(2) the headquarters enterprise recognized by the municipal qianhai administration.

II. Time and method of declaration

(1) Time of declaration: from 9: on March 19, 221 to 24: on April 2, 221 (including Saturday and Sunday). Those who fail to declare within the time limit will be deemed to have given up automatically.

(2) Housing Information System: Shenzhen Nanshan District Enterprise Housing Information System (please open it by computer)

(3) Application method: All enterprises and institutions interested in applying for this talent housing rent supplement should log in to the Housing Information System within the application time, make online application as required, and upload the application materials.

III. Category of application

Enterprises and institutions can only choose one of the following categories for application:

(1) Key enterprises;

(2) Business tourism, logistics and professional service enterprises;

(3) financial enterprises;

(4) scientific and technological enterprises and research institutes;

(5) integration of defense and civilian technologies enterprises and institutions;

(6) small and medium-sized cultural and creative enterprises and sports industry enterprises;

(7) modern high-end service industry;

(8) social medical institutions, social organizations, private schools and kindergartens;

(9) key newly introduced enterprises in the district, enterprises with major projects and enterprises with steady growth incentives;

(1) Enterprises or organizations founded by "pilot talents" and overseas students.

iv. methods and standards of supplementary rent

the supplementary rent of talent housing is paid in the form of monetary subsidies, which are paid to the accounts designated by enterprises and institutions, and then distributed by enterprises and institutions to the qualified talents of their own units or used by their own units to rent the housing in our city for the qualified talents to live in. The maximum amount of talent housing rent is not more than 2 thousand yuan/year/person.

This year, the supplementary rent fund for talent housing will be distributed to the enterprises and institutions that apply for it in two times, the first time after the shortlist is publicized without objection (about 6%), and the second time in September (about 4%). If enterprises and institutions change their tax payment obligations and statistical relations in Nanshan District during the period, the undistributed funds will no longer be distributed to the enterprises and institutions.

the competent departments of various industries shall review, score and sort the qualifications and materials of enterprises and institutions respectively according to the "221 Scoring Standard", and determine the list of talents' housing for rent in 221 according to the amount of talents' housing for rent. VI. Supervision and Reporting

Citizens can complain and report to the Nanshan District Leading Group Office for Talent and Affordable Housing Distribution Management or the Nanshan District Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department by calling, writing or visiting. In order to facilitate investigation and verification, encourage real names to reflect problems and provide contact information, the accepting department will keep it strictly confidential according to regulations.

VII. Important Tips

(1) Renting talents' housing shall be declared in good faith, and enterprises and institutions shall be responsible for the completeness, authenticity and legality of the application materials of their own units, and 1-2 housing commissioners shall be appointed to be responsible for specific operational matters;

(2) Renting talents' housing is to supplement the rent in kind with monetary subsidies, and convert it into housing units at a rate of 2, yuan/unit for supply to enterprises and institutions; Enterprises and institutions to apply for talent housing rent, the number of reporting at the same time does not exceed 5% of the talent scale and the upper limit of the rent quota;

(3) Enterprises and institutions that receive talents' housing rent-up funds shall not use talents' housing rent-up funds for other purposes;

(4) enterprises and institutions should publicize the conditions, procedures and results of the rental of talent housing in their own units;

(5) Enterprises and institutions applying for talents' housing for supplementary rent shall cooperate with the fund verification. If they find that the unit has made false reports and used funds illegally, or changed the tax payment obligation and statistical relationship in Shenzhen, they will cancel the qualifications for talents' housing for supplementary rent and recover the funds involved, and deal with them in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of Shenzhen housing security and the relevant provisions in Nanshan District's 221 Talent Housing Supplementary Rent Agreement, and will no longer accept illegal enterprises and institutions within three years from this year.

(6) Enterprises and institutions that enjoy talent housing and talent housing supplementary rent funds in Nanshan District will not be included in the scope of talent housing supplementary rent this year if they commit the following acts:

1. Refusing to cooperate with talent housing management, including but not limited to those who use talent housing illegally and refuse to rectify, and fail to pay the money involved in talent housing as required;

2. refusing to cooperate with the management of talents' supplementary rental funds, including but not limited to using talents' supplementary rental funds in violation of regulations, refusing to rectify and failing to provide relevant supplementary materials as required.
