2. Work certification documents

(1), copy of work permit or work identity certificate;

(2) Original work certificate with official seal;

(3) the original business card;

(4) A copy of the labor contract within the validity period;

(5) The payment information page of social security, pension, housing accumulation fund and unemployment insurance can display the name of the customer and the name of the work unit, and the displayed work unit is consistent with the actual work unit of the customer.

3. Proof of income

(1), a copy of the personal income tax withholding certificate for the last three consecutive months;

(2) a copy of the salary table of the secret salary system for nearly three consecutive months;

(4) The original proof of income stamped with the official seal of the unit;

4. Financial vouchers

(1), a copy of the property ownership certificate of the commercial house in my name or a copy of the purchase contract;

(2) A copy of the vehicle driving license in my name, a copy of the motor vehicle registration form, and a copy of the auto insurance policy of the insurance company.
