Among them, the staff of the central state administrative organs stationed in institutions and vertical management systems refer to the staff of institutions directly under the central state organs working in many places, such as Qinghai Provincial State Taxation Bureau and Xining Customs.

2. The recruitment scope is different.

The recruitment examination for civil servants in Qinghai Province is generally limited to graduates from Qinghai, graduates from foreign countries who study in local universities in Qinghai, and project personnel who participate in various grassroots services in Qinghai. National civil servants are recruited for the whole country, and there is no household registration restriction.

3. The examination organization is different.

The civil service examination in Qinghai Province is generally conducted from March to April every year, and is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of Qinghai Provincial Party Committee, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Qinghai Province and the Civil Service Bureau of Qinghai Province. The national civil service examination is generally conducted in10-1month every year, and is organized and implemented by the Central Organization Department, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Civil Service Bureau.
