Liaoning vehicle purchase tax can be paid online. Natural person taxpayers can log in to the electronic tax bureau to pay vehicle purchase tax. The specific operation is as follows:

1. A natural person logs in by entering the user's registered name and password. After logging in, click I want to pay taxes and select vehicle purchase tax declaration.

2. When the user enters for the first time, a notification page will pop up, click "Agree" and continue to declare. Select the vehicle registration place through the drop-down box, and select the invoice code and invoice number. The system will automatically bring out the information of the tax bureau. After confirmation, click Apply for Declaration. After confirmation, enter the contact number of the car buyer and click Next.

3. Form a declaration form and confirm that the information is correct. Click Next, and you will be prompted to confirm the saving, and click OK.

4. After checking the information about tax (fee), select the payment method. Pay taxes here with UnionPay QR code. Click on the UnionPay QR code to pay the tax, and the tax payment window will pop up. Click Pay to pop up the QR code page, and the mobile phone scans the QR code. After the payment is completed in the UnionPay interface, close the QR code window, and a prompt of successful payment will pop up. Click Yes, and the system will automatically jump to the preview page of tax payment certificate (table format). Note: When paying taxes, the bank card bound by mobile phone is preferably a savings card or credit card of ICBC, CCB, ABC and BOC. If the tax payment exceeds 20,000 yuan, a bank card with a chip should be used.

5. Download the tax payment certificate and click End to display the end interface.
