Job function:

Responsible for organizing, guiding, coordinating and supervising the tax inspection work of Chengdu State Taxation Bureau; Organize the implementation of tax inspection rules and regulations, formulate specific measures for tax inspection and organize their implementation; Responsible for the inspection, case selection, inspection, trial and execution of cases; Responsible for accepting tax case reports, investigating and handling related tax violation cases assigned by superiors and transferred by the collection and management departments; Review the tax inspection at lower levels; Responsible for coordinating the judicial work of tax inspection with public security, procuratorial and judicial organs; Responsible for the inspection of tax-related issues of deduction vouchers such as special VAT invoices; Responsible for leading the organization of special tax inspection, rectifying and standardizing the tax order; To undertake the related work assigned by the leaders of the Bureau.
