Jurong Prison in Jiangsu Province is located in Xiashu Town, jurong city, a hilly and mountainous area in southern Jiangsu Province. It is 34km away from Zhenjiang in the east, 27km away from jurong city in the south, 43km away from Nanjing in the west, and 3 12 national highway in the north, covering an area of about 3.4km. Beishan Lake is surrounded by the east, south and west, and is known as "beautiful scenery and a paradise". The prison was built in 1973.
