If some physical examinations are organized by the unit in a unified way, it usually takes three working days to summarize these materials in a unified way. The specific situation should be analyzed in detail, and the maximum time is three working days to get the physical examination report.

Persons who apply for positions in provincial departments and participate in interviews to obtain physical examination qualifications (see annex for details).

Second, the physical examination time and meeting place

Third, matters needing attention

1. Candidates must bring their valid ID card, the original admission ticket and two recent bareheaded photos.

2. Candidates must be on an empty stomach on the morning of the physical examination.

3. Candidates should obey the arrangement of the staff after arriving at the assembly place, and must not leave without authorization before the end of the medical examination.

4. The medical examination fee is charged by the medical examination hospital according to the standard.

5. Please check the traffic route in advance, arrange the travel time appropriately, pay attention to traffic safety, and arrive on time.

Fourth, the epidemic prevention and control requirements

1. When entering the physical examination, candidates must take their negative results of nucleic acid test within 48 hours (paper version and electronic version are acceptable) and scan the code to take temperature measurement to enter the physical examination site. In addition to identity verification, you need to wear a mask throughout the physical examination, and spare a mask.

2. Candidates whose health code is green and whose on-site temperature measurement is not higher than 37.3℃ can enter the test center. Candidates whose body temperature is higher than 37.3℃ can enter the physical examination site only after being allowed by health assessment.

3. Candidates who are affected by measures such as epidemic isolation and control or whose health code is not green code should contact the application department in time.

Candidates are requested to consciously abide by the epidemic prevention requirements, and those who deliberately conceal their illness, fail to provide nucleic acid test certificates as required, and fail to truthfully inform the situation will be disqualified.
