1. Trade union work under the new system can only be strengthened, not weakened. Our company was transformed from "Luohe Automobile Transportation Corporation" to "Luohe Automobile Transportation Group Co., Ltd." at the beginning of 1998. Since the leading group of our company is still the original team after the restructuring, our main task is how to make a smooth transition, how to do a good job in the alternation of the old and new systems, and how to do a good job in the operation of the "three meetings" between the old and the new. At this stage, what I consider most is the new "three meetings" under the new system, that is, the board of directors, the board of supervisors, the shareholders' meeting and the old "three meetings", that is, how to place the positions of party committees, trade unions and workers' congresses, how to establish institutions and how to change their roles.
