Strive for two years' efforts to ensure 100% coverage of the Party's organization and work, and more than 60% of non-public enterprises reach the standard of "two strong and six good", and gradually form a regional pattern of party building work in non-public enterprises.

Enterprises that have not established a party organization for the time being due to conditions should actively carry out the party's work, promote enterprises to establish a party organization, and realize the party's work coverage by selecting party construction instructors, relying on trade unions, * * * Youth League, Women's Committee and other group organizations.
2. Build a strong team. We will comprehensively strengthen the construction of party secretary team, party construction instructor team and party member team. First, select the best and strengthen the full-time party secretary. 4. Complete the files. All activities carried out by party organizations in non-public enterprises, including "three sessions and one lesson", various meetings, study and training, democratic appraisal, cultural and sports activities, etc., are well recorded in special notebooks, in the form of pictures and materials, and classified and filed according to unified standards, so as to ensure that the basic archives are complete and complete.

Actively participate in the work of wage distribution, bonus issuance and welfare treatment, reflect the reasonable demands of employees, coordinate the interests of all parties, resolve conflicts and disputes in time, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, and build harmonious labor relations. 3. Innovating the service mechanism of education management in party member.
