Form a joint inspection team to monitor the key efficiency of the project under construction and the special efficiency of the potential loss project. The inspection team is led by the chairman and composed of the heads of various departments of the company. In the preparatory work, the working group should prepare relevant management systems and inspection standards according to the project selection report, issue the efficiency monitoring plan, plan the implementation time of on-site inspection in detail, clarify the division of internal inspection contents and inspection tasks of team members, prepare the inspection list and blank record form to be used in the inspection site, and finally issue the efficiency monitoring notice.

(2) On-site implementation of efficiency monitoring. In the process of analyzing the business details of the project, the efficiency supervision mainly focuses on inspection, analysis and judgment from the following four aspects. 1, the implementation of business rules, regulations and measures issued by the company. 2. Investigate hidden dangers of business behaviors that are often prone to high incidence. 3. Rectify and analyze the effectiveness of quarterly and annual goals. 4, the business department room specific work to conduct a comprehensive inspection.

(three) the effectiveness of monitoring findings and suggestions and decisions. For the existing problems, this paper puts forward suggestions on efficiency supervision from four aspects: first, the problem of system defects; The second is the problem of execution deviation; The third is the failure of business results; The fourth is the problem of institutional failure.

(4) Implementation and verification of rectification. In view of the supervision suggestions and decisions, we generally implement and follow up four aspects. First, we should pay attention to the implementation of responsibilities and clarify the responsible person who decides to rectify and implement the supervision suggestions. The second is to grasp the formulation of the rectification implementation plan decided by the supervision suggestion. The third is to follow up the implementation process of rectification, and supervisors should have process supervision and inspection. Fourth, after the implementation of the rectification, there should be inspection, verification and effect feedback.
