Non-tax payment invoices are downloaded from the electronic tax bureau. According to the relevant public information displayed in the inquiry: log in to the electronic tax bureau, select the page I want to pay taxes, click the certificate issuance to open the certificate issuance page, select the central non-tax revenue unified bill issuance, click the central non-tax revenue unified bill issuance, open the bill issuance page, enter the payment date, click the inquiry, and the system will list all unified bills, check the records that need to be issued, click the issuance at the bottom of the page, and click download immediately after the issuance is successful.
