Chapter 1 Registration in registered permanent residence

Registered permanent residence's registration and transfer shall be handled by himself (minors by their guardians) or the head of the household.

If registered permanent residence is not registered or relocated by himself or the head of the household, a certificate of entrustment authorized by the household registration and relocation person shall be issued.

Article 1 Go through the birth registration.

(1) For a baby whose parents or mother are permanent residents in Beijing, within one month of birth, the guardian shall report the birth registration to the police station where the baby's father or mother is registered. If one of the parents of the baby is a collective account in this city and the other is a family account in this city, the baby shall register the permanent residence with the family. For birth registration, the following documents shall be issued:

4. If the mother of the baby is an active soldier of the troops stationed in Beijing, she must produce a certificate issued by the political department at or above the regiment level where her mother belongs and her identity certificate;

5. Babies born in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad must hold the original and photocopy of the birth certificate issued by foreign or overseas medical institutions and the translation of the birth certificate issued by the translation agency; Travel Permit of the People's Republic of China or Passport issued by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad; Household Registration Book, Identity Card and Marriage Certificate of the baby's father and mother; "Beijing Maternity Service Certificate" or certificate of payment of social support fee or certificate of consent to household registration issued by the district/county family planning department.

(2) A baby whose father is registered in this city and whose mother is registered in other provinces and cities (born after August 7, 2003) who requires to declare birth registration with his father shall comply with the Beijing family planning policy and be examined and approved by the police station where the baby's father's account is located. The following certificates shall be issued:

1. Home application;

2. The Medical Certificate of Birth issued by the medical institution;

Article 2 Registration of death

After the death of a resident with permanent residence in this Municipality, the head of the household or relatives, guardians, etc. shall present the following documents to the local police station to declare the death registration and cancel the account before cremation.

Article 3 Go through the registration of moving out.

Article 6 Time limit for handling

When the household registration reception room registers matters in registered permanent residence, it will be handled immediately if the reasons are justified, the procedures are complete, and the laws, regulations and provisions are met (the time limit for registration in registered permanent residence must be approved by the police station for 20 working days.

Chapter 2 Handling Applications for Entering Houses in Beijing

5. If the applicant is from other provinces and cities other than agricultural registered permanent residence, the social labor and social security department of the street where the household registration is located shall issue a certificate of unemployment or unemployment certificate;

6. Remarried people must provide a "divorce certificate" and a divorce judgment. If they agree to divorce after 2004, they must provide a notarized divorce agreement;

7. 4. (1) for three consecutive years as the person in charge of the private enterprise, the executor of the partnership affairs of the partnership enterprise or the legal representative of the private enterprise in other organizational forms;

(2) where the registered permanent residence is moved, there is a house with my own ownership;

(3) the enterprise has paid 800,000 yuan a year for three consecutive years (? Business tax+income tax) or above, or the tax payment in the last three years has reached more than 3 million yuan;

(2) An applicant applying for permanent residence registration in a district (county) outside the eight districts of the city shall meet the following conditions:

(3) The enterprise has paid more than RMB 400,000 per year for three consecutive years or paid more than RMB1500,000 in recent three years;

(4) The number of employees in this city among enterprise employees has remained at more than 50 for three consecutive years, or reached more than 50% of the total number of employees;

(5) Having no criminal record and not being investigated or wanted by public security or judicial organs.

Those who meet the above conditions can apply for the permanent residence registration of themselves, their spouses and a minor child.

(2) Examination and approval procedures

Applicants must hold the following documents (original and photocopy) to prove that they can apply to the public security sub-bureau (county) in the area (county) where the house is purchased, and the application will be handled after the approval of the Municipal Bureau.

According to the provisions of Article 8 of the Trial Measures for Personnel from Foreign Countries to Invest and Start Private Enterprises in Beijing to Apply for Permanent Residence in Beijing (No.73 of Beijing Zhengban [200/KLOC-0]), applicants who have settled in areas outside the eight districts of the city will not apply for urban migration within five years from the date of their household registration, and will do so in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Municipality after five years.

Processing time limit

The time limit for examination and approval by the police station, sub-(county) bureaus and municipal bureaus is 50 working days; The time limit for examination and approval by the police station and sub-bureau (county) is 35 working days; The time limit for approval by the police station level is 20 working days. Chapter 3 Handling the household registration of small towns and the handling of peasants by agricultural registered permanent residence personnel in this city.
