Post-employment training within the system can usually be divided into three categories, namely, post-employment training at higher authorities, post-employment training at the same level, and post-employment training at lower authorities. These three kinds of attachment exercises have different requirements for cadres. As far as attachment training is concerned, most of them are recommended, while the attachment training of peer institutions is more directly distributed by the unit leaders, and the attachment training of subordinate institutions is more about completing a certain task and selecting qualified cadres within a specific range through certain procedures.

Secondly, for attachment training, the purposes and results of the three types of attachment training are different. Most of the people who go to the higher authorities for temporary training are grassroots cadres with particularly strong ability. When you are elected to the higher authorities to engage in business work, the time is generally about two years. After the expiration of the attachment time, they will basically return to their original units to continue their work. Of course, there are also those who perform particularly well and are directly transferred to the higher authorities after their attachment, but this is a minority. Therefore, for those who go to their superiors for temporary employment, it is more about accumulating their own abilities and increasing their knowledge.
