Will Sasha be detained at customs?
I checked the latest rules for you:

Regulations of the General Administration of Customs of China on the Limits and Exemptions of Personal Articles in Inbound and Outbound Mail

Articles sent by individuals from Hong Kong and Macao are limited to RMB 800 yuan (US$ about $ 1 17) each time.

According to the regulations of China Customs, the consignee has to go through the customs clearance/declaration procedures for "personal imports", and China Customs or Post will issue a "Mail Declaration Notice" or a "Declaration Guide" to the consignee separately:

To clear the "personal imported goods" with a value below RMB 800 yuan, the recipient must provide a photocopy of his ID card, passport or other valid legal documents (choose one of them) to prove his identity, and indicate your mail number and contact telephone number on the photocopy before going through the customs declaration formalities.

To handle the customs declaration of "personal imported goods" with a value above RMB 800 yuan, the consignee must entrust the customs declaration company to handle it for the customs.

It can be seen that you should not buy more than the value, so there is generally no problem in 800 yuan.

I've also bought something on SASA. I've done it several times, and I've never received any extra tax entanglement. It should be ok. Because I noticed that all the shipping notes said "gifts" or "samples of skin care products", hehe.
