(1) It is strictly forbidden to accept banquets that taxpayers may affect the fair execution of official duties;

(2) It is strictly forbidden to accept taxpayers' gifts, gifts and securities;

(3) It is strictly forbidden to participate in high-consumption entertainment activities organized by taxpayers;

(4) It is strictly forbidden to reimburse bills at taxpayers;

(5) It is strictly forbidden to collect fees from taxpayers;

(6) It is strictly forbidden to buy goods, borrow money or things from taxpayers, or pay for goods on credit or at a reduced price.
