Article 1 Scope of application
This qualification is applicable to middle school teachers, teaching and research researchers and audio-visual teachers who are working in ordinary middle schools, vocational middle schools, blind and deaf middle schools, reform schools, adult secondary education institutions and provincial, municipal and county teaching and research offices, audio-visual education institutions and off-campus education institutions in our province and have obtained the qualification certificate of middle school teachers.
Article 2 ideological and political conditions
