If the pig slaughtering plant (field) lends or transfers the pig slaughtering certificate and pig slaughtering mark, the municipal people's government with districts shall cancel the qualification of the pig slaughtering plant (field); If there is illegal income, the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative department shall confiscate the illegal income.
